Fushimi beats Langhammer
Victoria wraps up their 5 game home stand with a winning record (3-2) and avenge a 4-3 shoot out loss in Medicine Hat (26-16-3-0, 55pts) back in December.

Things get heated behind Tigers net
There would be no scoring in the third, as Vollrath shut the door stopping Cole Sanford twice on great scoring opportunities.

Vollrath was second star stopping 28 of 29, while his counterpart Marek Langhammer kept the Tigers in it early earning first star honours allowing two goals on 30 shots.

Victoria held Medicine Hat to 10 shots less than their league leading average of 38.59.

Both clubs went 1 for 5 on the power play.

“Our penalty killing when challenged after giving up the one goal, they locked it down.”  said Lowry

Langhammer was #1 star, seen stopping Jack Walker
The Royals remain 3rd in the West, one point up on the Thunderbirds who have won 7 in a row.
