Assistant Coach Enio Sacilotto thoughts following the 7-3 loss:

Jordan Fransoo
Jordan Fransoo looked steady in his first outing, and effective in killing penalty’s and was an even on the night.  Dakota Conroy took a piece off the puck with a shot in the third playing the right wing on a line with Mike Forsyth and Tim Traber.

Up next a Saturday night tilt against their former teammate, Kevin Sundher and the Brandon Wheat Kings.  Pregame show at 5:15 on The Zone at 91.3 FM.

Logan Nelson opened the scoring on a gratuitous bounce 1:20 in.  The Royals opened a 2 goal lead on Brandon Magee’s 12th, collecting a Steven Hodges rebound at the 13:17 mark.  The Pats would answer with just 47.8 seconds left in the first as Captain Brandon Davidson fired a Jordan Weal rebound past Hamilton for his 9th.

In the second, Jamie Crooks (1g) would extend his point streak to 6 games with his 22nd just 1:27 regaining the 2 goal lead.  Jordan Weal would score from between the circles on the power play at 3:30 and then Martin Marincin (1g 2a) would go glove side to get his first as a Pat at 13:51.  The two clubs would go into the third tied at 3.

Reider lit the lamp twice in a span of 3:07, Weal would add his second just 1:07 later, and then Reider would complete the hat trick at 16:08.  It was a four goal third period, 6 unanswered to erase a 3-1 Royal lead and win it by a convincing 7-3 score.
