Victoria went 1 for 7 on the power play, while Vancouver was 1 for 3.
With the loss and a Thunderbird win, Seattle overtakes Victoria for sole possession of 4th in the West by a single point.
Up next the Royals visit the Broncos Thursday, Tigers Saturday, Lethbridge Sunday afternoon and wrap up the road trip against the Oil Kings next Tuesday before the Christmas break.
