Schacher goes to Regina for pair of draft picks.

Victoria,
BC – The
Victoria Royals today announced that the club has acquired fifth round draft
picks in the 2015 and 2016 WHL Bantam Drafts from the Regina Pats in exchange
for defenceman Isaac Schacher (1995).
Victoria
sends Schacher to Regina after acquiring the Kimberley, BC native midway
through last season. In 45 regular season games with the Royals over the past
two seasons, Schacher has eight points (1g-7a) and 25 penalty minutes.
The Royals will welcome Team Canada World Junior stars
Nic Petan and Taylor Leier when the Portland Winterhawks come to town for a
two-game set that begins Friday. Puck drops on Friday and Saturday are
scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
