PICK IN DEAL WITH REBELS

defenceman Kolton Dixon to Red Deer for conditional pick.

Victoria,
BC – The
Victoria Royals today announced that the club has acquired a conditional draft
pick from the Red Deer Rebels in exchange for defenceman Kolton Dixon (1995).
Victoria
sends Dixon to his hometown of Red Deer after the 18-year-old joined the Royals
during the 2012-13 season. Dixon logged three assists and 51 penalty minutes in
43 games of regular season play for Victoria over the past two seasons.
The Royals will now head out on a four-game road trip
that begins Saturday night in Kelowna at 7:05 p.m. Victoria will also make
stops in Prince George and Kamloops before returning to Save-On-Foods Memorial
Centre on Sunday, October 6th when they host the Tri-City Americans.
