The Victoria Royals (47-16-3-3, 100pts) can win their franchise

against the Kelowna Rockets (46-19-4-0, 96pts) at 7pm.
It would be the first Scotty Munro Trophy in the 10-season
history of the Chilliwack / Victoria franchise and the first for
the city since the 1980-81 Victoria Cougars 121pts. The city also won the WHL
regular-season crown with the 1974-75 Cougars 99pts.
