Victoria, BC – The Victoria
Royals are pleased announce that the team has signed 1999-born defenceman
Brayden Pachal (PUH-HALL) to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.
Pachal was selected in the second round, 40th
overall, by the Royals in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft.
“Brayden is a mobile, talented two-way defender,”
Royals’ General Manager Cameron Hope said. “We are very happy to welcome
Brayden to the Royals’ family.”
The Estevan, SK native played for the Estevan Bruins
of the Saskatchewan Bantam AA Hockey League (SBAAHL) last season. The 5-11, 161
pound defender produced 14 goals and 13 assists for 27 points and added 66
penalty minutes in 31 games for the Bruins.
